Question 1

How does payment work?

Accepted Answer

We work under a contract. The standard terms are 50% before work starts and 50% on acceptance. If something else suits you better — for example, paying per stage — propose your terms and we'll discuss them.

Question 2

Why are prices shown as “from”?

Accepted Answer

The cost depends on the number of pages, features, the state of the existing site and how ready the content is. We give an exact price after the brief and fix it in the contract before work begins.

Question 3

What is billed separately?

Accepted Answer

Hosting, domain, paid fonts, stock images and third-party services. All of this is discussed upfront — no surprises at the end.

Question 4

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

A visual upgrade takes from 5 business days, a redesign from 3 weeks, a site from scratch from 4 weeks. Real timelines depend on scope and how quickly materials are approved.

Question 5

Can it be faster?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes — by making the first version smaller. We launch the essentials first and add the rest in later iterations.

Question 6

How many revisions are included?

Accepted Answer

Each package states its number of revision rounds. A round is one consolidated list of comments on a stage. We don't promise unlimited revisions — it's fairer to both sides.

Question 7

What if I need more revisions?

Accepted Answer

Extra revisions are estimated by time — upfront, before work on them starts.

Question 8

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

We fix bugs found after launch if they relate to our work. For regular edits and updates there's a maintenance subscription.

Question 9

Can I edit copy and prices myself?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Content is kept separate from code, and if needed we connect a CMS such as WordPress. You get editing instructions.

Question 10

What do you build sites with?

Accepted Answer

Whatever fits the task: Next.js, Astro, WordPress or plain HTML/CSS. If the site must run on ordinary hosting without Node.js, we make a static build with a PHP form handler.

Question 11

Can you improve a Tilda or Bitrix site?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We can carefully refresh the visual layer on the current platform or move the site to a new one — keeping page URLs and search rankings.
